Currently, we're growing our Data department and we need a Data Engineer to help us squeeze insights out of our data lake and raise Stayforlong data engineering standards. You will join our Product and Development team—a forward-thinking group of engineers, designers, and data scientists devoted to crafting innovative solutions.

Your Impact: 💥

• Real-Time Evolution: Maintain and evolve our real-time architecture.

• Engine Optimization: Improve existing ETLs along with all the infrastructure and engineering behind them.

• Data Empowerment: Build and maintain data-based processes to help other teams make better decisions.

• Strategic Modeling: Transform complex concepts to create useful models for our analytics team.

• Collaborative Growth: Understand our data and collaborate within cross-functional teams to find growth opportunities.

Our Tech Stack 💻

We leverage a modern toolkit to keep our systems running on AWS:

• Languages: Python (Strong skills required) and SQL (Mastery of optimization/scalability).

• Architecture: Real-time data processing systems.

• Infrastructure: Docker , Airflow , and dbt.

• Innovation: AI-powered coding assistants and applied AI tools.

Who You Are 👤

We value diverse technical backgrounds. If you are passionate about building complex products, we want to hear from you.

• Education: You hold a degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).

• Experienced: You have at least 1+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role working with large-scale data systems.

• Architectural Mindset: You are comfortable designing and building data architectures.

• Nice to Have: Experience with workflow orchestration (Airflow), containerization (Docker), modern transformation tools (dbt), or AI coding tools.
