You will join our Customer Experience team, sitting at the intersection of Customer Service, Social Media, and Brand Reputation. Your mission? To be the voice of Stayforlong on public platforms. You won’t just respond to reviews; you’ll manage the end-to-end customer journey for those who reach out publicly, ensuring every case is followed through until a resolution is reached.
As our Online Reputation Intern, you will be responsible for managing and improving Stayforlong's public brand perception. You’ll manage platforms like Trustpilot with an empathetic and professional tone, ensuring no customer is left unheard. Beyond the initial response, you will act as the owner of the customer's feedback, coordinating with internal teams to track each issue until it is fully resolved.
What you will do
End-to-End Case Management: Take ownership of customer feedback on public platforms, following up and working on each case until a final resolution is reached
Review Management: Monitor and manage incoming customer reviews on Trustpilot and other public platforms, ensuring 100% coverage.
Brand Voice: Respond to all reviews with a professional, empathetic, and brand-aligned tone.
Platform Integrity: Identify and flag reviews that violate platform guidelines, managing the removal process through appropriate channels.
Escalation: Act as a first filter for critical or sensitive reviews, escalating them to the CX Lead when necessary to protect brand perception.
Insight & Analysis: Track recurring complaints, contribute to root cause analysis, and prepare regular reports on sentiment evolution and score performance.
Strategy Support: Contribute ideas to improve response templates, workflows, and public communication strategies.
Job Requirements

Location: Based in Barcelona (or able to work in a hybrid model).
