The Mission: Scaling Global Connections ๐
As the Lead Acquisition, you will head the growth engine for a high-scaling travel platform, reporting directly to the CMO. This role is designed for a strategic leader ready to manage an 8-figure budget to achieve ambitious, double-digit international growth while fostering an environment of shared success.
Your Impact:
Define and lead acquisition strategy: Develop and evolve client acquisition strategies across all channels to meet business goals and set the channel roadmap.
Own the budget: Oversee an 8-figure acquisition budget across 40 markets, making high-stakes decisions on channel mix and ROI.
Lead and grow the team: Manage and develop a team of 3 specialists, fostering a culture of ownership, analytical mindset and following and leading by example.
Drive channel diversification: Identify and scale new channels and partnerships, from affiliation to paid social.
Champion metasearch excellence: Improve travel metasearch tools (bidding algorithms, inventory management) and maintain key relationships with Google, Trivago and other metasearch platforms.
Performance & analytics: Oversee data analysis, set performance standards, and turn insights into action.
Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Data teams to optimize campaigns and ensure funnel alignment.
Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify creative new growth levers.
๐ค Who You Are
Experienced Leader: You have 8+ years in digital marketing and 4+ years leading high-performance teams in B2C environments.
Proven Track Record: You have a history of delivering double-digit growth and deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic.
Analytical Mindset: You possess exceptional data skills and a rigorous approach to data-driven decision making.
Travel Savvy: Experience with metasearch engines (Google Hotel Ads, Trivago) and international markets is a big plus but not mandatory.
Communication: You are fluent in Spanish and English, capable of translating complex strategies into clear narratives.
Adaptable: You are comfortable in fast-moving environments and take full ownership of your KPIs.
