Talent Partner
At Stayforlong, travel is more than a transaction; it's a journey of extraordinary moments. Born in Barcelona in 2015, we set out to disrupt an industry dominated by massive corporations. We believe in the power of prolonged stays — the longer you stay, the deeper the connection, and the better the rate. Travel on your own terms.
Our Culture
We are a team of 125 people in a dynamic, collaborative environment where every idea counts. We are inclusive by design, committed to equity and diversity, and serious about real work-life balance. Above all, we work by five cultural principles:
Ownership: We own our commitments, decisions, results and impact.
Trust: We create safety to speak openly, ask for help and share context.
Respect: We listen, prepare for the meeting, stay present and communicate with respect.
Give & receive feedback: We say things early, directly and constructively — and we welcome feedback, adjusting our actions and behaviour in response.
Play / Fail / Learn: We experiment, learn fast, pivot when needed and celebrate the learnings.
The Mission: Building the Team Behind the Journey
You will join our People & Talent team — a team of four covering the full employee lifecycle. This role is a genuine mix of recruitment and Talent Business Partnering: you will hire the people who build Stayforlong, and then help them grow once they are here.
Your impact
Hire end-to-end: Own full-cycle recruitment for our business teams — Revenue, Finance, Operations, Customer Experience and Marketing — from intake to offer, keeping the candidate experience at the centre.
Partner with & coach managers: Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and middle management: accompany and them across the employee journey, negotiate priorities, challenge assumptions and redirect towards what actually solves the problem.
Shape management & development: Help build our management and development strategy alongside acquisition — how we grow managers and develop talent, not only how we hire it.
Lead the systems move: Help drive our transition (from September–October) away from Factorial and TeamTailor towards Revolut People as our single HRIS — unlocking far richer performance tracking and a stronger culture of accountability.
Own the data: Keep our ATS and Revolut People (our HRIS) clean, structured and reliable, and turn them into reporting people trust.
Track & improve: Track talent and people KPIs in Revolut People (time to hire, source effectiveness, conversion, quality of hire, performance and attrition) and use them to drive decisions rather than opinions, strengthening our culture of accountability.
Automate: Design AI-supported workflows, prompts and internal HR tools that remove manual work from the team.
Grow people: Contribute across Talent Management — onboarding, performance cycles, development, engagement and retention.
Who You Are
We value diverse professional backgrounds. If you enjoy working across the whole candidate and employee lifecycle, we want to hear from you.
Experienced: You bring 3+ years in recruitment hiring business roles in travel or thech companies, plus proven experience as a Talent Partner or HRBP.
Business fluency: You have worked in — or understand well — Revenue, Finance, Operations, Customer Experience and/or Marketing, ideally in marketplaces or tech travel companies.
Negotiation & influence: This is core. You sell, negotiate and influence internally — comfortable pushing back and redirecting expectations not only with candidates, but with senior leaders and middle managers, whom you coach through the employee journey.
ATS-fluent: You have managed an ATS hands-on and you care about data cleanliness, structure and accurate reporting.
Data-driven: You are comfortable analysing data, tracking KPIs and using numbers to influence decisions.
AI-fluent: You have hands-on knowledge of AI — especially Claude — and use it daily to automate workflows, build prompts and speed up HR work.
Proactive: You challenge the status quo, spot what is missing and pick it up — while being an excellent team player in a small team.
Languages: You work comfortably in Spanish and English.
Nice to have: Experience with diversity & inclusion programmes, or with HRIS migrations and change projects.
